Who we are

TheBazaarNext is a product of Smart Byte Labs. This policy explains how we collect and use information when you submit an inquiry or contact us via https://thebazaarnext.com.

What we collect

Inquiry and contact forms may collect your name, company, business email address, WhatsApp number, intent (inquiry / demo), and optional message. We also receive standard server logs such as IP address for rate limiting and security. We use Google Analytics and Google tags for measurement under Consent Mode v2. Those tags stay in denied consent mode until you accept analytics or advertising in the cookie banner. If you reject, Google may still receive cookieless pings for modeled measurement, without storing analytics or ads cookies on your device. Microsoft Clarity (session replay) stays off until you accept analytics.

How we use data

We use your details to follow up on inquiries, answer sales questions, and improve TheBazaarNext. We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to Smart Byte Labs team members who need it to respond.

Storage

Lead data is stored in our PostgreSQL database. Retain retention policies as required for legitimate business interest and applicable Indian IT / DPDP obligations.
